We can show any home that is listed in Horry County. We only show properties that will suit YOUR needs.

 Our total commission is 4%. We are a full service company and stand by the seller until the closing. We are here for any and all questions and ideas. Open houses are available. We provide the signs and all the paperwork for a smooth closing. Community signs are your responsiblity.

We also work with foreclosed properties, investment properties
